Shakira estrena hoy ‘Don’t Wait Up’, su nueva canción y video 

El nuevo sencillo de Shakira ya está en todas las plataformas digitales como Spotify y Apple Music.

“¡Don’t Wait Up ya está disponible en todas partes! Es una canción para esas noches en las que simplemente no quieres pensar en el mañana” posteo Shakira en sus redes sociales. 

“Me emociona compartir mi nueva canción ‘Don’t Wait Up’ con todo el mundo – el día que la creamos en el estudio, ¡yo sabía que le quedaría perfecta al verano! aseguró Shakira, quien regresa al genero pop con esta canción que considera un himno bailable. 

Además de la canción se estrenó el vídeoclip oficial, que fue filmado en Tenerife, España, en las Islas Canarias, que es considerado un popular destino turístico. 

“Don’t Wait Up” es de la autoría de Ian Kirkpatrick y Emily Warren. Su vídeo musical es dirigido por Warren Fu.

Esta nueva canción llega más de un año después de su sencillo ‘Me gusta’ y siete meses después de que Shakira colaborara con los Black Eyed Peas en la canción ‘Girl Like Me’. 

‘Don’t Wait Up’ es su primer canción completamente en inglés desde 2017, cuando Shakira lanzó ‘When a Woman’ y ‘What We Said’ que formaron parte del disco ‘El Dorado’.
